Where a club pays for a tournament slot or a team order, the transaction runs through a payment provider and we never store full card numbers on our side. We keep only the reference needed to match a payment to a club and a season.
Before a new provincial calendar opens, we go through the list of accounts attached to each club profile. Dormant logins are closed, roles are confirmed with the club, and any account that has not been used for a full season is flagged for removal.
Suspected unauthorized access, a leaked contact list or a payment that does not match a club record should be reported straight away. We lock the affected account, trace what changed in the profile history, and tell the club contact what we found and what we corrected.
